trakit is a the simplest and the best tool for taking the screen capture. why, because it reduces your efforts and monotony of taking the screen capture, opening mspaint to paste the capture and to edit, then again to copy and to paste in the document or presentation you want.

In trakit, you just press CTRl+ALT+SPACE and you done. Please don't doubt, its true. try it. I cannot give a complex explanation for a simple tool.

Let me first thank the one who thought of hot keys. It is such a great way to ease your life.

Being a project coordinator, a large amount of my time goes in explaining the facts sometimes to my client and some time to my team and as we all know, written communication is a tough job and that to when it is technical.

Thats why in most of my communication, I use lots of diagrams, illustration and screenshot to ensure that the reader doesn't miss any thing. But creating this is indeed a tough job. The process of pressing print screen and then going to some image editing tool, cropping the image, marking it, putting comment on it and then copying it again and pasting it in the document was such a long boring job. But there no escape.

But with trakit, its just ctrl+alt+space and everything is ready for you to serve; the screen capture, the tool to crop the image and much more.

Once you crop the image, it some how look more beautiful then earlier.. :-) not sure why, may be because it has some additional border and may be something else.

The other editing features are also an experience to use. for example, whenever I think of creating an arrow and choose the draw line feature, it give me option to select arrow, ..... its just right there... cool..

Writing comment was never so easy. Just click any where and start writing your comment or ctrl+t and a call out is ready.. just so fast.

Today, with trakit, I create screen shot without even noticing. Its as simple as typing.
